Odyssey is a dynamic, specialized wilderness program, blending expeditionary learning with a highly effective clinical model of change. The result is a positive, strength-based intervention program that is educationally intensive, socially and emotionally challenging, and highly therapeutic.
Overall, Odyssey is ideal for capable teenagers, both male and female who are not living up to their potential—teens who are misdirected and in need of guidance and structure to learn how to make better choices.
Who does Odyssey help?
Typical Odyssey students are male and female, ages 13–18. Their struggles may include: conflict with parents, depression, anxiety, anger, lying, trouble in school, low self-esteem, self harm, adoption/attachment issues, grief/loss issues, drug/alcohol experimentation, ADD/ADHD, lack of motivation/direction, or manipulative/oppositional behavior problems.
