Course Length

To best meet the individual needs of teens and families, Odyssey offers a four to eight-week program. Odyssey’s Treatment Team will make an initial recommendation for length of stay at the time of application. Recommendations for suggested course length will also be made at key intervals throughout your child’s program. The average length of stay is six weeks.

Enrollment Options

"Odyssey operates year round in two locations. Our summer location (April–September) is in the Olympic National Park and San Juan Islands of Washington State and our winter location (October–March) is located in Joshua Tree National Park of Southern California. Students may be enrolled in either program location on Wednesday of each week. In emergency situations, Odyssey can enroll a student any day of the week for an additional $500 admission fee.

TO APPLY, PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW

  1. Complete the Application for Admission in printable format or online, and submit it along with payment for the one-time application fee.
  2. The Odyssey Treatment Team will review the application, and an Admissions Counselor will contact you within 24 hours to provide an approval response.
  3. Once your child’s application has been approved, you must submit program tuition for the initial four-week program, along with copies of the following documents to confirm your child’s enrollment:

    • Completed Admissions Interview*
    • Completed OWP Enrollment Agreement
    • Completed Physical Examination Form
    • Birth Certificate
    • Immunization Records
    • Psychological Evaluation, if applicable
    • Parenting Plan, if applicable

APPLICATION FEE

The application process requires a one-time fee of $125.00 that covers administration costs and evaluation time. If you apply by downloading the printable Application for Admission, the fee can be paid by check, wire transfer or credit card. If you apply online, the fee is collected as part of the application process via PayPal and can be paid by using any major credit card, a paypal account or an e-check. Payment is required for final submission of the Application for Admission.
