To best meet the individual needs of teens and families, Odyssey offers a four, six, and eight-week program. Odyssey’s Treatment Team will make an initial recommendation for length of stay when you apply for the program. This recommendation is based on information you report on the Application for Admission and in interviews with your admissions counselor. Recommendations for suggested course length will also be made at key intervals throughout your child’s program. The average length of stay is six weeks.

PARENTS HAVE TWO OPTIONS FOR ENROLLING THEIR CHILD:

Option 1: Predetermined—Enroll your child in the four, six or eight-week program, based on the initial recommendation for length of stay.

Option 2: Flexible—Enroll your child in the four-week program, and finance the six or eight-week program in two-week installments if a longer length of stay is recommended.

TO APPLY, PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW:

1. Complete the Application for Admission in printable format or online, and submit it along with payment for the one-time application fee.
2. The Odyssey Treatment Team will review the application, and an Admissions Counselor will contact you within 24 hours to provide an approval response.

3. Once your child’s application has been approved, you must submit program tuition for the initial four-week program, along with copies of the following documents to confirm your child’s enrollment:

   • Completed Admissions Interview *
   • Completed OWP Enrollment Agreement
   • Completed Physical Examination Form
   • Birth Certificate
   • Immunization Records
   • Psychological Evaluation, if applicable
   • Parenting Plan, if applicable

* Note: The Admissions Interview provides supplemental information to what is included in the Application for Admission. You may be required to complete and submit this interview prior to your child’s acceptance into the Odyssey program.

APPLICATION FEE

The application process requires a one-time fee of $125.00 that covers administration costs and evaluation time. If you apply by downloading the printable Application for Admission, the fee can be paid by check, wire transfer or credit card. If you apply online, the fee is collected as part of the application process via Paypal and can be paid by using any major credit card, a paypal account or an e-check. Payment is required for final submission of the Application for Admission.
