Overview

The Odyssey Treatment Team is a group of highly committed and qualified professionals. Our Core Treatment Team includes the Program Director, Admissions Director, Consulting Psychologist, and Field Therapists. Our field staff is comprised of Field Instructors, Sailing Captains, and Program Coordinators. Each role in the program is dynamic and works fluidly with other roles to produce an effective system of communication and support.

We believe safe and effective programming starts with qualified, committed and well-trained staff. All Odyssey clinical and field staff members hold appropriate licenses and certifications in their respective disciplines and are required to participate in Odyssey’s rigorous, ongoing training programs.
